Small spaces are my favorite to work with. I love getting creative with under the bed storage ideas (there are endless possibilities with a lofted bed). My father is a garage junkie. His father was a garage junkie. These 2 men constructed the most organized and user friendly workshop I have ever seen. Having an organized garage, decluttered shop, or a maintainable shed is 100% helpful and it allows you to be more efficient and productive. Clean Laundry Service + Closet Organization
Laundry is such a daunting task to try to accomplish. The process alone, to do it correctly, is absurd. First we must gather our dirty clothes and sort them into their respective piles. Possibly pre-treat stains before we wash them and then there’s dry time. After all of that is finished there’s only 1 more step, that’s actually 3: fold, hang, and put it all away. (Phew) If your clean laundry piles are haunting you, let's schedule a time for me to come by and tackle them. I will cut down your laundry time, so you have time for other things, plus spruce up those closets, dressers, and drawers along the way. Whether this is something you’d like as a regular thing in your life or just once in a while to get caught up, I am eager to assist.
To Haul Away Unwanted Items: Responsibly
This service is available to clear the clutter that needs to be removed from your view. For the junk and stacks that have been taking up to much room and causing an eyesore. For the piles of stuff that are intended to get disposed of properly, because you have good intentions, but who has the time to run to all those different places? Plus where are all these places? That's where I come in. Whether you have broken electronics, unneeded housewares, burnt-out light bulbs, or used up cosmetics I have a recycling location for that. If you have gently used clothing or children's items you would like to try to sell to Scout or B2B Resale I will do this for you and return 70% of what was offered. Now It's Neat retains 30% for time and gas. The remaining items will be donated to local shelters.
Because It's Hard to Just Get Rid of It
Do you have extra items creating clutter in your home? Are you delaying parting ways because you think you might be able to get something for them? Well I might be able to help. Trust me with your items and I will photograph, measure, and post your belongings to either eBay, Facebook MarketPlace, craigslist, Mercari ,or a mix of those sites depending on the what it is. Item's will be stored in a clean, secure, and insulated location until they are purchased. I will answer questions from possible buyers so you don't have to. Once the item is purchased I will pack and ship it or meet the buyer. Afterward, I will contact the owner regarding how they would like to receive their payment. Now it's Neat has a 30/70 return on items being sold for clients to help cover seller fees, packaging, gas, and time.
